Shipping Policy & delivery charges:

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follows:

• All goods are dispatched within 1 to 3 days from date of confirmation of acceptance of your order from Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd
• Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
• Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order).
• Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
• To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.[Blue dart / Speed post]
• We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 3 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our distributors if the item is not in stock. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
• Shipping charges are typically non-refundable, unless the product is returned due to a manufacturing defect. Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd reserves the right to determine whether the product has a manufacturing defect or otherwise.

Cargo by Air [below 10 kilos]

• Every 500 gms is charged at Rs 45

Cargo by Air [above 10 Kilos]

• North  of India is charged at Rs 50 per Kilo
• South  of India is charged at Rs 30 per Kilo
• East  of India is charged at Rs 60 per Kilo
• North east  of India is charged at Rs 65 per Kilo
• West of India is charged at Rs 45 per Kilo
• Jammu & Khasmir  is charged at Rs 65 per Kilo

Cargo by Road [above 10 Kilos]

• North  of India is charged at Rs 14 per Kilo
• South  of India is charged at Rs 10 per Kilo
• East  of India is charged at Rs 14 per Kilo
• North east  of India is charged at Rs 16 per Kilo
• West of India is charged at Rs 13 per Kilo
• Central India  is charged at Rs 14 per Kilo
