Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before your order is confirmed by Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd. Your order would be confirmed only when items in your order are either dispatched (if the item is available in stock) or placed an order with our distributor.
Goods once sold can neither be returned nor exchanged. In case of an item being dead on arrival or defective, you might have to contact respective product company's service center. Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd's doesnot have any liability, however we will assist you with placing the service request to the
respective company's service center.
Refund
We will refund your money in case:
- Order is cancelled by the customer as per the above specified cancellation
policy
- Your order is not accepted by Anytime Retail Pvt Ltd
- Product is not available
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card
provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway payments refund
will be made to the same account.
